Bailey is about Rachel and Kirsty's age, maybe a little younger. He has curly blonde hair and is seen wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and high top trainers.
Story[]
Bailey is Rachel's neighbour. In Ariana the Firefighter Fairy, Bailey calls to Rachel and Kirsty and tells them his cat, Pushkin, is stuck on the shed roof. They help the cat down and he thanks them. Later, he runs out and says Pushkin is once again stuck, this time in a tree. Because of Jack Frost's shenanigans, the firefighters are all too scared to slide down the pole so the goblins set off in the fire engine. They try to help Pushkin, whilst the girls turn into fairies and actually help.
To thank Rachel and Kirsty for their help, Bailey's mum takes them and Bailey for a swimming lesson in Lulu the Lifeguard Fairy. When they turn up, Mark the lifeguard has forgotten how to swim! The lesson is cancelled. Once the girls get back Lulu's magical float, Mark remembers how to swim and he starts the lesson again.
Bailey appears in the crowd at the Tippington Helper of the Year Award in which Rachel's aunt Lesley wins the award.
