Billie the Baby Goat Fairy is the fourth and last fairy in the Baby Farm Animal Fairies series.

Rachel and Kirsty are visiting the Fluttering Fairyland Farm. But when Jack Frost casts a spell on Billie the Baby Goat Fairy's magical pet, baby goes everywhere start acting strangely! Can the three friends get the farmyard back to normal?

Billie has long, brown hair with glasses. She wears dark blue, polka-dotted dungarees with a white off-the-shoulder top and white trainers. Her wings are pointy and turquoise-tinted.

Rachel and Kirsty are walking around Greenfields Farm, waiting for the opening to begin. All the baby animals are behaving as they should, apart from the goats, who are acting like chickens. Then Billie the Baby Goat Fairy appears from inside a bucket of feed, and tells the girls they must look for Chompy. She turns them into fairies and they look all around the farm and meet Blossom the cow who gets them the directions to the chicken coop and they find Chompy in the henhouse, where a goblin is hiding as he wants to hug Chompy, but then Jack Frost appears and tries to grab him and Chompy runs away, leaving the goblin upset as he only wanted a hug.
Meanwhile, Jack Frost is chasing Chompy around the farm, messing up the decorations Niall and Harriet have set up. The fairies see Jack Frost’s baby snow goose, Snowdrop and her mother, and ask them to help them get to talk to Jack Frost. The mother goose lets them sit on her back and take them to Jack Frost, who has caught Chompy by a bridge. The fairies confront him, saying how he should be caring for his snow goose instead of stealing the Baby Farm Animal Fairies’ animals for his petting zoo.
With a sad glance from Snowdrop, Jack Frost lets Chompy go and goes to pet his snow goose, declaring their mutual love. With Chompy safe in Billie’s arms, Billie takes the girls and Jack Frost to the Fairyland Farm, where Farmer Francis kindly tells Jack Frost he can visit whenever. Jack Frost graciously leaves with his snow goose and the other Baby Farm Animal Fairies appear to say a final thank you.
The girls are magic back to the farm and Harriet calls the girls over to start the opening. Two girls who won a competition, Emily and Isabel, cut the ribbon and all the visitors start looking around the farm. Rachel and Kirsty decide to show Emily and Isabel all around the farm and meet all the animals.

- Her U.S name was originally 'Billy' before being changed back to Billie.
Etymology[]
Billie's name comes from the name for a male goat, the billy goat.
