Jack Frost's Poem[]
Weddings, flower girls, cakes galore,
Royal weddings are such a bore.
I'll do my best to spoil this one,
Those fairies wont have any fun!
When I steal Blossom's magic things,
Say good-bye to vows and rings.
No one will get married today,
If Jack Frost has his frosty way!

A Tisket, A Tasket[]
Rachel and Kirsty are with Rachel's Aunt Angela as she organises and prepares for Tippington's largest wedding, with the girls as her assistants. She studies a receipt for the flower order, but there are five baskets instead of six. She tries to call the flower shop but there is no answer. The girls offer to go there for her and they find the shop is closed and the lights off. As they wonder what to do, Kirsty sees a young woman inside the shop. They knock on the door and she opens it.
The girls ask if the shop is open and if she's okay and the woman hurriedly opens the shop. Rachel mentions the flower order and the woman cries. Kirsty offers their help and the woman tells them about her issue: it's her birthday and her fiance had given her a baseball glove and baseball tickets as a present, leading to an argument. Then Rachel sees some glowing peonies, as the woman answers the phone, a fairy appears from among the peonies and introduces herself as Blossom the Flower Girl Fairy.
Blossom explains to the girls that a royal wedding is due in Fairyland the next day, but the goblins have stolen her basket of rose petals. Without it, she can't prevent misunderstandings between couples. The girls realise that's what happened to the woman and her fiance. Blossom asks them to come to Fairyland with her and turns them into fairies. They arrive outside Blossom's cottage and she explains she keeps her magic items in the Wedding Workshop, but took them home for the royal wedding. Her basket is the only item that's missing since she's wearing her other two items: an ivory ribbon and a flower crown. Rachel sees a trail of rose petals and they follow it into the woods.
They find goblins in a clearing, arguing over the basket. Rachel asks Blossom to transform her and Kirsty into goblins. They tell the other goblins that Jack Frost needs the basket, but then Kirsty notices her and Rachel's disguises are wearing off. Rachel offers to take the basket to Jack Frost while they get the rose petals. But one goblin whines he wants the credit for stealing and Jack Frost won't let him borrow his wand.
Kirsty reminds them they're in trouble anyway and as the goblins hesitate, Rachel grabs the basket and passes it to Blossom. They leave the woods and the girls head back to the flower shop. The woman tells them her name is Allison and her misunderstanding with her fiance was cleared up. Rachel reminds her about the flower order and she promises the flower arrangements will be perfect.
Picture Perfect[]
The girls wake up late for a photo shoot on the morning of the wedding. Arriving at the Botanical Garden, they meet Aunt Angela in the Japanese Garden who tells them the photographer hasn't arrived and asks them to look after the flower girls. After playing I Spy, Kirsty takes one of the girls, Talia, to the toilet and Rachel settles Ashlyn and Avery's argument over pearl jewellery. Kirsty and Talia returns and Sasha asks if they can feed the koi fish. While doing so, Kirsty sees Blossom behind the food dispenser, who flies onto a Japanese maple tree branch.
She asks how they're doing and Rachel tells them their problems. Blossom explains she visited the flower girls and sprinkled fairy magic over them to make sure the wedding goes well. She also loaned Talia her ivory ribbon, but they find Talia not wearing it. They then see Sasha leaning in to look at the fish, but she falls into the pond, splashing Mila and Ashlyn. Avery tries to help her, but she also falls in.
Rachel and Kirsty help both girls out of the pond. Rachel thinks she was bitten by a mosquito, but it turns out to be Blossom trying to use her magic to dry the flower girls' dresses. Blossom tells her she and Kirsty will have to look for the ivory ribbon by themselves since Blossom can't be seen. Then Kirsty sees a goblin behind the pagoda. She and Rachel tell the flower girls they're all going on a gnome hunt, which is making them think the goblins are gnomes so they can get the ivory ribbon. They take the flower girls with them to search and Mila sees a goblin behind a tree but he disappears.
Then Sasha sees a goblin in the middle of the koi pond. He jumps into the pond but surfaces seconds later and swims to the bridge. He gives the ribbon to a goblin behind a pine tree, who climbs up the tree. Ashlyn suggests climbing after him, but the girls point out he would climb higher and she would fall and hurt herself. Then a butterfly lands on Kirsty's arm. Seeing this has Rachel and Kirsty ask Blossom if she can turn them into fairies to fly into the tree to grab the ribbon. Blossom says she can't because her magic is too weak.
Inspired by the butterfly, Rachel asks Blossom if she can use her magic to ask some butterflies for help. The butterflies are joined by some sparrows and they fly into the tree to distract the goblin. The sparrows grab the ivory ribbon and give it back to Blossom, who makes the flower girls' dresses clean and dry and gives Talia's ribbon back before returning to Fairyland. Rachel ties the ribbon around Talia's waist and Aunt Angela walks up with the bride, the photographer and the wedding party. The photographer apologises and the photo shoot commences.
Flower Crown Fiasco[]
After the photo shoot, Rachel and Kirsty take the flower girls to the rose garden where the wedding ceremony is to take place. Talia whines that she's hungry and the girls give them snacks to eat. They overhear the best man scolding his son for leaving the rings behind at the hotel. A bridesmaid tries to avoid a bee but accidentally pushes her sister, the bride, into a thorn bush and the bride snaps at her sister.
Talia then pinches Tamara who cries. Aunt Angela asks the girls to find something as stand-in rings and the girls use their Lockets to transport themselves to Fairyland. Upon arrival, Bertram greets them and they explain Blossom needs their help and they need hers.
He leads them through the palace to a banquet hall, where the wedding reception is going on. Blossom sees them and tells them Princess Rosalyn and Prince Arlo had a fight. Rachel suggests retracing her steps and they fly into a third floor dressing room to search for the flower crown. Rachel then sees a goblin reflected in the mirror and Blossom explains the mirror serves as a portal between The Fairyland Palace and Jack Frost's Ice Castle, only opening on royal ball. Blossom recites a spell so they can go through the mirror.
The fairies follow a cold breeze to lead them to Jack Frost, but find two goblins in suits of armour guarding the throne room. The fairies shut the eye covers so the goblins can't see and they fly into the room. They find Jack Frost wearing the flower crown and mocking Blossom in front of a mirror. Blossom startles him and he tries to freeze her flower crown. Blossom says she needs it for the royal wedding and Jack Frost says he didn't receive an invitation, but she finds his invite. He refuses to give the crown back and Blossom uses her magic to create a tornado of letters to surround him so Rachel and Kirsty can grab the flower crown.
Rachel finds a letter from a publishing company. She promises Jack Frost good luck for his book, before the fairies fly through the portal into the Fairyland Palace. They find the bride and groom are happy again and King Oberon and Queen Titania appear. They thank the girls and Rachel mentions the substitute rings. The King and Queen loan their wedding rings, with the King saying they've been sprinkled with fairy magic and Blossom will bring them back and the girls return to the botanical garden. They give Aunt Angela the rings and the ceremony goes smoothly. As the bride and groom exchange rings, glitter showers down over the happy couple. Kirsty says fairy magic is fantastic and Rachel agrees.
