Kirsty and Rachel are lying in the grass on the playing field, going over what they done that day. Matilda and Georgia Fernando ask if they want to join them for a bouncing competition on the funfair's bouncy castle. On the way, they encounter a group of disappointed children and find the bouncy castle has deflated. As Matilda and Georgia leave to get their parents, Rachel sees one of the castle turrets glowing, the girls lift the plastic to find Bobbi. They notice three goblins rising over the trees, turned into fairies, they find the goblins have their own bouncy castle.

The girls and Bobbi fly inside, the goblins see them and throw sponge balls at them which the fairies dodge. They figure one of the goblins with a drawn crown has the key ring. They attempt to get closer but the goblins throw the balls harder, causing the fairies to leave. Turned back into humans, Rachel suggests a bouncing competition to the goblins so the key ring drops from the crown goblin's pocket.

The plan is successful and Bobbi tries to retrieve the key ring but it is taken by a squirrel. Bobbi asks for it back and in return gives the squirrel a bunch of nuts. The crown goblin realises what happened and is angry. Bobbi takes Rachel and Kirsty to the Fairyland Summer Fair where the King and Queen ask the girls to ride the Ferris wheel as guests of honour.

Rachel and Kirsty, along with the Funfair Fairies, ride the Ferris wheel before exploring the fair. Jack Frost and the goblins suddenly turn up and the Queen allows them to stay if they don't cause trouble. A goblin asks to stay and Jack Frost lets them before running after them to join in. The girls bump into him and ask if he's having a good time, he admits his own funfair wasn't as good and the fairies once again talk about sharing. The Funfair Fairies say goodbye and send the girls back to Tippington, where they finally have their own bouncing competition with Matilda and Georgia, giving them the fairy dolls as prizes they won in Fairyland before being invited for lemonade at the Fernandos' caravan.
