Carl is a white man with a dark beard and a bald head. He wears a polo t-shirt, jeans and trainers.
Story[]
Carl is a puppy trainer and he helped train the Walkers' dog, Buttons. Kirsty and Rachel come across him on their dog walk. He has found a poodle puppy who later turns out to be Pandora's puppy, Cleo. Carl helps out once a week at the Leafy Lane Animal Shelter, where he advises the manager on which type of family might suit different animals. The girls catch up with him again at the shelter, where he is helping the manager with a greyhound. They distract them enough so they can return to Fairyland with Cleo. When they return, Kirsty and Rachel ask him where he found the poodle puppy and he tells them she was hiding in a playground tunnel. They offer to go search for clues and head off. At the end, the return of Cleo's collar and a bit of fairy magic mean that Carl doesn't remember Cleo so there is no problem with taking her away.
