Biography[]
Kirsty and Rachel first meet Carter at the cupcake social. He spots the goblins selling Fizz's cupcake and wants to buy it. When the goblins run away with the cupcake he chases after them. When Fizz gets her cupcake back, the girls spot Carter with a cupcake covered in sprinkles.
Four days later, Carter is on the girls' team for the tug-of-war. He is then on their team for the treasure hunt. He is the one who finds the clue in the Fireworks Factory Museum.
