Charlie is an ice cream vendor at the market in Wetherbury Village. Kirsty and Rachel are visiting the market and decide they want some ice cream. Charlie offers the girls a taste of ice cream, but it is flavourless and melting. Whilst they are talking, another customer comes up to his stand and gives him a complicated order. When Rachel and Kirsty return to talk to him, he looks and discovers that all of his ice cream has melted. He says he has to close. Once the girls find Esme's ice cream charm, Charlie's ice cream goes back to normal, and they join the long queue to buy ice cream.
