Dean and Layla are both white children with dark hair. Layla wears hers in a plait down her side, whilst Dean's hair is short and rises in a quiff on his forehead. When they appear in Brooke, they both have their fashion outfits for the photoshoot. Layla wears a football kit and Dean a space-themed hacket and trousers.
Biography[]
In Brooke the Photographer Fairy, both Dean and Layla are taking part in the photoshoot for the Design-and-Make competition which is being held by the new Tippington Fountains Shopping Centre. The photoshoot is happening in the roof garden on the centre. They are dressed in their outfits and have chosen themes: Layla carries a football and Dean a model of a rocketship. Because Brooke's magical camera is missing, stolen by Jack Frost and his goblins, things go wrong at the photoshoot. Layla drops her ball and in his attempt to catch it before it falls off the roof, Dean drops his rocketship and it breaks! Later, when Rachel and Kirsty save the day, the pair are the first to be photographed by Cam Carson.
