The next morning, Rachel and Kirsty wake up in their bedroom in Tiptop Castle and get ready for the day. When they look in the handheld mirror, it starts talking to them. Eleanor the Snow White Fairy flies out of it and decides to stick with the girls to find her magic jewel hair comb. They hear some noise coming from the castle kitchens, so they enter and see a young woman surrounded by dwarves causing chaos that's revealed to be Snow White and her dwarves. However, there are more than seven, so the girls decide to count them. Some dwarves are being extraordinarily rude and the girls realise they are Goblins. The goblins run away into the forest, the girls following them.
They come across the four dwarf goblins being shouted at by Jack Frost, who is ordering them to build a house. Eleanor recognises the comb he is holding is hers. Kirsty has an idea and the girls turn into goblins. They go up to Jack Frost saying how his hair and beard looks great and asking if they could comb it. He refuses and also refuses their offer of a lovely mirror in exchange for the comb, so the girls slump off back to Eleanor. Just then, they hear a shrill voice in the woods, it’s the wicked queen, Snow White’s stepmother and the mirror the girls found earlier is hers.
Kirsty asks Eleanor if she can make the mirror say ‘Jack Frost’ instead of ‘Snow White’ and she does so the girls show the mirror to Jack Frost. The mirror affirms he is the prettiest in all the land and Jack Frost boasts loudly with joy. Just then, the wicked queen appears and chases Jack Frost for her mirror. Jack Frost has thrown the comb into the air with fear and Eleanor catches it. She turns the girls back into humans. Jack Frost is now cowering at the feet of the wicked queen. The girls give her mirror back, which tells her Snow White is still the prettiest in the land and she fades back into her story.
Snow White enters the forest with her dwarves carrying a picnic as a thank-you. They fade back into their story and Eleanor thanks the girls, returning to Fairyland. The girls decide to take the picnic to share with their new friends. When everyone’s eaten, the girls decide to read everyone a story from The Fairies’ Book of Fairy Tales and they read the story of Snow White.
