Farmer Francis has a goatee-style beard and moustache. He wears glasses and a cap, paired with a button-up shirt, dark trousers and a pair of wellie boots.
Story[]
Francis is the farmer who runs the Fairyland Farm. Rachel and Kirsty first meet him in Debbie the Duckling Fairy, when he and Debbie introduce the animals on the farm. Suddenly, Jack Frost and his goblins kidnap the Baby Farm Animal Fairies' magic animals! Francis and the girls beg him not to, but the Ice Lord refuses.
In Billie the Baby Goat Fairy, after Rachel, Kirsty and Billie get her goat, Chompy back, they go to the Fairyland farm, where Francis greets them. He tells Jack Frost he can visit whenever he wants.
Trivia[]
Francis does not have wings, but as he lives in Fairyland, it can be assumed hes a fairy as King Oberon and Queen Titania are also rarely shown with wings.
