Felicia the Fidget Toy Fairy is the 15th fairy in the One-Offs series.

Felicia the Fidget Toy Fairy's special magic helps children to calm down when they feel overwhelmed. But when Jack Frost steals her magical fidget popper, children everywhere are anxious and find it hard to concentrate in school. It's up to Rachel and Kirsty to find the fidget toy, and fast!
Appearance[]
Felicia has brown skin with dark brown hair in beaded plaits. She wears a white t-shirt with a sunflower print, blue shorts, white trainers and a bracelet on her right wrist. Her wings are round and purple-tinted.
Symbol: Blue, pink, purple, orange and green fidget spinners and blue, green, purple and red fidget poppers.
Magic Object/Job[]
Magic Object: Fidget popper.
Job: Felicia's job is to make sure that each person gets the perfect fidget toy for them.

Rachel walks to school on the first day after Christmas. She meets her classmates, Kayla and Millie and they discuss their teacher Mr Beaker who left. Their other classmate Tom suddenly appears, eagerly talking about skating over frozen puddles and his video game and pushes past them. In the classroom, the children’s new teacher, Mrs. Ratha, is introduced, who uses her fidget box to help the class. After break, the class finds out the fidget box is empty and all their fidget toys have gone missing.
Rachel is sent into the supplies cupboard to find more fidget toys and finds an empty blue bag when a fidget spinner falls out. She chases the spinner until it stops and the spinner transforms into a fairy. The fairy says her name is Felicia the Fidget Toy Fairy and asks for the girls' help and explains her job. Rachel is turned into a fairy and is taken to Fairyland, where she and Felicia meet Kirsty.
Felicia takes the girls' through her home and playground, the Fidget Fort, until they come into the viewing room, where Felicia shows them what happened: a group of goblins were playing when one of them steals the magic fidget popper from its ribbon and runs off. The fairies fly to the Ice Castle where they come across Jack Frost teaching a group of younger goblins on how to be naughty. Felicia walks straight up to Jack Frost, demanding he give back her popper. However, he is unaware of what happened when Kirsty notices two goblins sneaking off. She sees one of the bushes moving and the three fairies see the two goblins inside the bush. The goblins are scared and one of them admits to stealing the magic fidget popper just so he could help stop his friend from getting into trouble, but he also caused a flood of fidget toys inside Goblin Grotto. Felicia suggests her idea of giving the goblins their own fidget toy unless they give hers back first.
As the goblins agree, Jack Frost appears, overhearing them and uses his magic to transport the fidget toys into his castle. He walks away and the goblins find a way into the castle, letting the fairies in through a window. They find a massive pile of fidget toys in one of the towers and Kirsty asks Felicia to use her magic to make the magic fidget popper glow brighter. The fairies dig through the pile when more goblins arrive, Rachel sees the fidget popper and reaches out, grabbing it when a goblin shoves her.
She throws it to Felicia, who returns all the other fidget toys and magics up a fidget spinner for the goblins. The three fairies leave the castle and return to Fairyland. Felicia thanks them and invites the girls' to her Fidget Fort, before sending them back to their schools. Rachel finds the blue bag filled with fidget toys and returns to her class, where Mrs. Ratha exclaims her fidget box is filled again. Kayla comments that their new teacher is cool and Rachel says she will be magical.
