Francis is the Royal Time Guard of Fairyland. He appears in the Fun Day Fairies series.

Appearance

Francis looks like an ordinary frog, wearing only a waistcoat.

About

Francis appeared before Rachel and Kirsty in Megan the Monday Fairy where he asking the girls to come with him to Fairyland. The girls discover that Francis works in the Time Tower where he finds the day of the week in the Book of Days and flies the correct fun day flag up the flagpole.

After the Goblins steal the flags, a poem appears in the Book of Days giving clues to the whereabouts of each flag.

Trivia

• Francis's first appearance is in Megan the Monday Fairy, while his last is in Sarah the Sunday Fairy.
• He says he is a friend of Bertram.
• He is the only known frog in Fairyland to not be a foot man.
