Gabby the Bubble Gum Fairy is the second fairy in the Candy Land Fairies series.

Gabby has short, wavy light pink hair. She wears a purple and white shirt with a 'POP!' slogan, shimmery pale pink-yellow skirt and white trainers. Her wings are round-edged and pink-tinted.

The girls are playing in the sweet themed playground in the Candy Land factory grounds, when Kirsty notices a little boy sitting by himself on the seesaw. Before they can go over, a girl walks over and sits on the other end of the seesaw. After the little boy leaves, she introduces herself to Rachel and Kirsty as Olivia, a playground buddy who helps other children if they're lonely. She offers them bubble gum but it's too hard to chew. After she leaves to meet a little girl, the girls see the space under the slide glowing pink and they meet Gabby the Bubble Gum Fairy, who explains that without her magical bubble gum it becomes hard to chew and is not delicious.
Kirsty mentions what Olivia said earlier about some boys blowing bubble gum bubbles and they decide to see if they're goblins. They recognise them from their large trainers and Rachel suggests to disguise themselves as goblins to join them. She challenges to blow the biggest bubble possible, when she notices a fourth goblin sitting on a bench also blowing bubbles and suspect he's the one with Gabby's magic bubble gum. She tries to be polite but fails while Kirsty demands he give her fresh gum. The goblin pulls out the magic bubble gum and Gabby flies towards it, only to be caught by the goblins. One of them blows a bubble big enough to trap her before all the goblins run towards the sweet factory.
The girls save Gabby before entering the factory. They enter the bubble gum department and find the workers inside panicking, who evacuate the department. The fairies find the goblins messing about on a conveyor belt. Kirsty asks Gabby to use her magic to move a barrel of gum and reverse the conveyor belt. The goblins fall into the barrel and get stuck, with Kirsty saying Gabby will get them out if they give back her magic bubble gum. They give back the gum and Gabby frees them and gives each goblin a pack of bubble gum and they all leave.
Gabby returns the girls to human size as the workers return and Rachel and Kirsty sneak out of the room and Aunt Harri sees them. She asks them to help her present Olivia's prize. In the playground, Aunt Harri does a speech and the girls give Olivia her prize. Olivia shares the bubble gum and everyone blows bubbles. Gabby thanks the girls and blows her own bubble, which changes colour and disappears, her bubble drifting in the air. Kirsty asks Rachel if they'll be able to find the other magic objects and Rachel agrees before going back on the slide.
