Jack Frost's Poem[]
This ballet fairy know-it-all,
Is in for a surprise.
When she sees Frostyev on stage,
She won't believe her eyes.
I'm the greatest! I'm the best!
But just to be quite certain,
I'll make all Christmas ballets fail,
Before the final curtain!

The Magic Bottle[]
It’s Christmas Eve morning and Rachel and Kirsty have won a competition to go to Castle Springs Ballet School for a day and then watch the Christmas ballet of Swan Lake.
They arrive at the school and are greeted by the school director, Sophia, who introduces them to the prima ballerina, Penny who will show them around. First, they will participate in the corps de ballet rehearsal class and they join in among the professional ballet dancers. At the break, the girls hear music coming from Rachel’s bag and Giselle the Christmas Ballet Fairy flutters out. She explains Jack Frost has stolen her magic bottle because she gave him criticism on his ballet dancing. The girls agree to keep a lookout for it.
During the dance rehearsals, a ballerina stumbles, saying how her feet suddenly hurt. Another drops out because her stomach aches and a dancer standing next to Kirsty feels faint, so the two lead her outside for fresh air. But Giselle sees some goblins playing in the pond and they’ve got her magic water bottle.
Rachel orders them to give it back, but they juggle it between each other, confusing the girls over which one is Giselle’s. Kirsty asks Giselle to magic up even more identical bottles and the girls start pelting them at the goblins until they lose sight of the real one.
The girls and goblins don’t know where it’s gone, so they search around the garden and spot it at the same time. Kirsty gets to it first and throws it to Giselle, with she and the bottle disappearing to Fairyland immediately. The goblins go home thinking up excuses for Jack Frost and the girls return to the ballet class seeing all the dancers well again.
The Ballet Bag[]
After the class, it’s lunchtime and some of the dancers invite Rachel and Kirsty to lunch with them. As they’re eating, Rachel spots a goblin stealing food from one of their plates, but before they can get up to follow him, Penny comes over and invites them to watch the principal dancers rehearsing.
Queen Titania with the oldest map of Fairyland
However, during a tricky move, Penny falls over, so the teacher decides to move on. Later, her partner Rupert almost drops her while lifting her and the girls sneak out to find the goblin.
Giselle hiding in Kirsty's hair
They enter the empty canteen to find the goblin, who blabs too much about what Jack Frost’s done with the bag. He tells them it’s in the Forget-me-not Glade, so the girls use their Lockets to go to The Fairyland Palace. They come across the King, Queen, Bethany the Ballet Fairy, Giselle and some old fairy friends by a stage talking worriedly and the girls greet them, telling them the gossip from the goblin.
The other fairies haven’t heard of the Forget-me-not Glade but the Queen asks Bertram to fetch the oldest map of Fairyland and sure enough they find it written there in ancient writing. The Queen magics up a navigation spell which will lead them to the Glade.
Giselle, Rachel and Kirsty fly over the forests and arrive at the glade, with two goblins guarding a well. They’re arguing who should stay behind to guard while the other goes to watch the Goblinovski Festival Ballet. Giselle uses magic to make the trees sway to enchanted music, distracting the goblins as Rachel flies into the well. As they turn around, Rachel flies out holding the bag, but it’s too late and she returns it to Giselle. Giselle thanks them and magics them back to the human world.
The Silver Ballet Shoes[]
Jack Frost as Frostyev in the Goblinovski Festival Ballet
The girls walk around backstage as dancers and stagehands prepare for the ballet. They hear the orchestra tuning and see the giant set pieces before Giselle appears and tells them how he’s stolen her magic ballet shoes while everyone was warming up for their fairy Christmas ballet. At the same time, things backstage have turned chaotic with costumes disappearing and props becoming misplaced and the director tells everyone to sort out their problems or the show will be cancelled.
Rachel and Kirsty dressed as reporters
Rachel and Kirsty start running down corridors to search for the costumes when they see someone in a tutu disappear down the end of the corridor. They follow them to behind the stage, where they discover Jack Frost, dressed as Frostyev and some goblins are rehearsing, dancing very well. He chuckles how the fairies are probably looking for him at his Ice Castle, rather than the human world and as he does an impressive jump, Giselle notices he’s wearing her magic ballet shoes.
Rachel asks Giselle to disguise her and Kirsty as journalists, so they walk up to Frostyev, to interview him for their ballet magazine. Frostyev complies and the girls start asking him questions, including why he ties his ballet shoe ribbons up in an old-fashioned way. Kirsty offers to tie them in the modern way and he lets her but as he starts to recognise her.
Kirsty yanks the shoes off and chucks them to Giselle and they turn back into fairy-size. She refuses to give them back, lecturing him that his ice and snow is more important at this time of the year, rather than ballet dancing. Jack Frost comes to a realisation and orders his to follow him back to the Ice Castle.
Giselle assures the girls their Christmas ballet will go smoothly, as will the fairies’, thanks the girls and disappears. Rachel and Kirsty hurry back to their seats as the show starts to begin.
