Honor the Happy Days Fairy (U.S. name: Hope the Happiness Fairy) is the first fairy in the Princess Fairies series.

Rachel and Kirsty are thrilled to be spending the week at Golden Palace! And when they meet the seven beautiful Princess Fairies, it seems things couldn't get any better. But then mean Jack Frost and his goblins steal the Princess Fairies' magic tiaras.

Honor has long, wavy brown hair, topped by a golden tiara set with a red jewel flower. She wears a red chiffon shift dress with a large bow at the front and gold sandals with flowers on the straps. Her wings are diamond-shaped and red-tinted.

Rachel and Kirsty are taking part in Kids’ Week at Golden Palace, a stately home just outside of Wetherbury Village. The palace stewards, Caroline and Louis, greet the children and show them around the palace. After dinner, it’s bedtime and Rachel and Kirsty are admiring their room when a fairy appears from the chandelier and it’s Polly the Party Fun Fairy. She’s here to invite the girls to a Fairyland ball in Fairyland.
When they get to Fairyland, King Oberon and Queen Titania introduce them to their cousins from a distant land, the Princess Fairies. Suddenly, Jack Frost and some Goblins burst into the ballroom. Jack sends an ice bolt around the room, taking the Princess Fairies’ tiaras, placing them onto the goblins’ heads. Before they fully disappear, Queen Titania casts a spell that doesn’t manage to stop them escaping but makes sure they end up at Golden Palace. Rachel and Kirsty agree to help get the tiaras back, starting tomorrow.
The next morning, the girls wake up feeling miserable, sleeping on uncomfortable beds. At breakfast, no one else is happy either. Rachel realises everyone must be moody because Honor the Happy Days Fairy’s tiara is lost. After breakfast, the children reenact Cinderella but it doesn’t go very well. Louis suggests everyone writes their own stories so he and Caroline give everyone notebooks and pens to write with. As Rachel and Kirsty head to the gardens, they spot a sparkling portrait and Honor appears from behind it. She joins the girls as they head into the garden, admiring the topiary figures. They spot some gardeners sculpting a hedge and realise it’s a sculpture of Jack Frost and the gardeners are goblins.
The girls turn into fairies and listen into the goblins’ conversation, learning they hid the tiara in the middle of the maze. They fly over to the maze and see a goblin wearing the tiara and another creating a topiary sculpture of him. Rachel tries to dart for the tiara but the goblins see her and run away, throwing the tiara back and forth to each other. Kirsty has a plan being Honor turns the goblin sculpture into a real goblin. She uses her magic to turn her voice into a gruff goblin voice and calls for the goblins to throw the tiara to her. When they do, the topiary goblin catches it, allowing the girls to grab the tiara themselves.
Honor places the tiara back on her head, commenting she can feel the magic working. She thanks the girls and heads back to Fairyland while Rachel and Kirsty rejoin the other children writing stories. When it’s time to read them out, the girls read out their story inspired by their adventure and everyone is happy now.
