Isobel is Rachel's aunt Lesley's friend and she too is nominated for the Tippington Helper of the Year Award. Lesley takes the girls to meet her during an open day at the fire station, but because Jack Frost and his goblins have stolen Ariana's magical helmet, all the firefighters are feeling too anxious to slide down the pole! Once Kirsty and Rachel save the day, Isobel helps the girls down the pole.
