Jilly Chilly is Jack Frost's younger sister, who was created with the help of a magic spell in Frances the Royal Family Fairy.

Appearance

Jilly is described as having the same mean smile as her older brother. She appears to wear makeup and her icicle hair is wavier than her brother's stiff upright hair. She wears a spiky dress and cloak with matching shoes.

Personality

Like Jack Frost, Jilly has the same hatred towards fairies and is quite close to her brother, saying that no one was better than him. She was thoroughly disliked by the goblins for being too bossy.

Appearances

Frances the Royal Family Fairy

Jack Frost used Frances' magic to create himself a sister. At the end, Jilly annoyed Jack so much, he decided to banish her from the castle.

Susie the Sister Fairy

In this story, Jack Frost decided to take Jilly back and she helped take part in his evil plans.

Ivy the Worry Fairy

In this story, it is revealed at Jack Frost sent Jilly to live in a castle on the Ice Mountains because she was annoying him. However, they are still on good terms as she helps Jack keep Rachel captive.

After School Sports Fairies

Jilly makes her first appearance in a regular series, as Jack Frost wants to beat her in arm wrestling.

Birthday Party Fairies

Jilly makes her second appearance in a regular series, as Jack Frost wants his scheme to work and place him and her on Queen Titania's throne.
