It’s Kirsty's birthday and she and Rachel are at the Wetherbury Park funfair. As they slide down the helter skelter, they spot Layla the Candyfloss Fairy flying alongside them, who wishes Kirsty a happy birthday and asks for their help. When they reach the bottom, Mr and Mrs Tate hand them a candy floss to share and leave them to have fun at the fair. The candy floss is hard as a rock and tastes terrible.

Just then, the girls start spotting Goblins all over the fair, causing trouble. They’re carrying perfectly-shaped candy floss so the girls turn into fairies and follow them to see where they got it. They fly to the only candy floss stall in the fair and see a clown approaching. Layla doesn’t want anyone else to feel disappointed in the candy floss so begins to cast a spell to try and make it taste nicer, but the candy floss turns rainbow-striped on its own. The fairies realise he’s a goblin and must have the candy floss charm.

A group of kids ask the goblin clown where he got his candy floss from, but he won’t tell them so he runs away into the mirror maze. As he’s running from the kids, the fairies hear him muttering about Jack Frost wanting to make candy floss hedges in the shape of his head. Unfortunately, the goblin reaches a dead end and can hear the kids closing in on him. Just as the fairies are tempting the goblin means of escape in exchange for the charm, the kids find him and the goblin agrees last minute. Layla inserts a mirror in-between them and the kids, vanishing right in front of their eyes. However, the goblin runs away from the fairies out the maze. So they follow him to the edge of the park where the goblins have been building up a giant pile of candy floss.

The goblin jeers at them, bouncing on the candy floss mountain like a trampoline. While the girls are scheming, the goblin trips and rolls down the mountain, a sticky candy floss ball forming around him. The goblin grudgingly gives them the charm if they’ll free him. Layla makes the candy floss around him melt away, leaving a small piece of candy floss in the shape of Jack Frost’s head. Layla thanks the girls and disappears and the girls go to meet Kirsty’s parents, with some candy floss Layla magics into their hands.
