Lottie the Lollipop Fairy (U.S. name: Lisa the Lollipop Fairy) is the first fairy in the Sweet Fairies series.

Lottie has curly blonde hair. She wears a silky green dress with purple, pink and yellow stripes and a purple bow tied at the front. She also wears pink sandals and a lollipop charm bracelet on her right wrist. Her wings are green-tinted.

Kirsty's aunt who works at the Candy Land sweet factory, Harri, has come to visit and she’s brought Kirsty and Rachel a bag of sweets. However, they don’t seem to look or smell nice and Aunt Harri picks up on their reactions, explaining all the other sweets at Candy Land are disgusting too. After lunch, when Aunt Harri’s left, the girls inspect the sweets further and they all taste horrible.
Rachel finds Honey the Sweet Fairy under a wrapper, who asks the girls to come to Fairyland. They’re magic away to the Fairyland Sweet Factory, where all the sweets are nasty. King Oberon and Queen Titania explain in two days time, it will be Treat Day across the land, where every fairy is given a basket of sweets. Honey introduce the girls to her helpers, the Sweet Fairies. They show the girls how Jack Frost stole their magic charms to make himself a castle made of sweets. Then he sent the charms guarded by Goblins into the human world.
Lottie the Lollipop Fairy brings the girls back to Wetherbury Village, where they decide to search in the sweet shop for her lollipop charm. As they approach the shop, they notice children crying from the disgustingness of the sweets. Inside, the owner Tracy Twist (Mrs Twist’s daughter) is fed up, since none of her customers left happy. She says how a group of boys wearing green bought all her lollipops and how they said they tasted wonderful, meaning they must be goblins and they must have the magic charm. The girls leave the shop and Rachel finds a lollipop stick trail on the pavement. Lottie turns them into fairies and they follow the trail of sticks and wrappers, with Lottie cleaning them up as they go. The trail ends in the park, where they find the goblins lounging on a picnic table eating lollipops. Lottie notices her charm on one of the goblins’ wrist and bursts out of their hiding place to confront him.
The goblins tell the fairies they’re stealing lollipops for Jack Frost’s candy flower garden but Kirsty points out how they’ve eaten them all. Once they start arguing, Rachel suggests if they give the charm back to Lottie and clear up their mess, she’ll magic up even more lollipops for them. They do so and Lottie magics up wheelbarrows of lollipop flowers and the goblins scurry off with them. Lottie thanks the girls for their help, leaving a bouquet of lollipop flowers with a thank-you note. The girls walk back home and see Aunt Harri and Mrs Tate eating lollipops they got from Tracy’s sweet shop.
