Rachel and Kirsty are awoken by rain seeping into their tent on Rainspell Island and are alarmed to find their bags, along with their clothes are soaked. Unfortunately, the dry clothes right at the bottom are mismatching, but it’s all they can wear. The girls find Miley the Stylist Fairy in Kirsty’s umbrella and they all head to the Harbour Café where they arranged to have brunch with The Angels. They pass a group of boys in green raincoats splashing about in muddy puddles but make it to the café unscathed, where The Angels and Groove Gang are sitting to have brunch. The Gang usually wear signature colours, but today their hoodies are brown from being mixed in the wash together due to Miley’s missing clef. Chaos ensues as juice and jam is clumsily thrown around, ruining people’s clothes.
Rachel and Kirsty offer to collect Groove Gang’s stage clothes from their stylist, Suzy Sparkle, who shows them the colourful clothes, clean and unharmed. As they carefully carry them to Groove Gang’s trailer, the boys in green coats, revealed to be goblins, splash them and they drop the clothes in the muddy puddles! Upset, Rachel, Kirsty and Miley follow a goblin with sparkling clean wellies to the dressing up tent, as they’re sure he has the clef.
The goblin comes out of the dressing room wearing fashionable clothes, impressing all the badly-dressed festival-goers in the tent. The girls decide to pretend to be fashion journalists documenting the goblin’s style, asking him to do numerous poses. They ask him to stand on his head and he does, letting the clef necklace around his neck fall off. Miley swoops down and collects it, causing the goblin’s clothes to be dull.
Everyone loses interest in him and the goblin is salty no one likes his style anymore. The girls find new costumes for Groove Gang out of the clothes hanging on the rails. Later at the concert, Groove Gang thanks them for helping and they go out to perform. Rachel and Kirsty, having found flashy new outfits for themselves, enjoy the concert with Miley, promising her they will find the other clefs.
