The Twitchings are both elderly with grey hair and glasses. Mrs Twitching is shorter than her husband and wears her hair in a low bun. Her glasses are half-moon shaped and she wears a top with a rounded collar and a shawl with tassels around her shoulders. Mr Twitching has short, straight hair and round glasses. He wears a checkered collared shirt and a button down cardigan.
Story[]
The Twitchings live in Wetherbury and are Kirsty's neighbours. They own a cat called Fidget who gives birth to Pearl, a kitten who lives with Kirsty and her parents. In Pearl the Cloud Fairy, the couple come round to tell the Tates that Fidget is missing, asking them to help find her. Kirsty and Rachel notice little clouds above their heads. Once the girls find Pearl's feather, the clouds disappear and the couple invite the Tates and Rachel round for tea and to meet the baby kittens.
