Mrs Anand lives in Wetherbury Village with her son, Kirin. She comes round to Kirsty's house to invite her and Rachel round to their house for a Diwali celebration. She talks them through the decorations and teaches the girls about the festival, before they go upstairs to help Kirin (and eventually Deena).
