Mrs Hill is an adult woman. She has light hair cut into a bob and is seen wearing a top, trousers, and a jacket that could be a bomber. She carries a small purse and wears a beaded necklace.
Story[]
Mrs Hill lives in Wetherbury. Kirsty and Rachel come across her in town and accidentally bump into her. She responds angrily and Kirsty says it's weird because normally Mrs Hill is so nice. It later becomes obvious that Mrs Hill is grumpy because the goblins have stolen Pearl's feather.
