Pearl is described as a black cat with a bushy tail and a white star on her forehead. In Cherry the Cake Fairy, she is a tuxedo cat and in Heidi the Vet Fairy, she has white fur.
About[]
She is named after Pearl the Cloud Fairy because it was right after helping Pearl get her weather feather back that Kirsty got her. Mr and Mrs Twitching cat, Fidget had kittens and asked Kirsty if she would like one. Rachel suggested the name "Pearl".
Appearances[]
She first appeared in Pearl the Cloud Fairy. Her second appearance is in Cherry the Cake Fairy where she is shaded to suggest a tuxedo cat as opposed to the mostly-black kitten described in other books. This is corrected in later appearances. Later, she appeared in Grace the Glitter Fairy, Jasmine the Present Fairy, Kylie the Carnival Fairy and Heidi the Vet Fairy as a fully grown cat and has change from a black cat to a white cat.
