Sara the Party Games Fairy is the second fairy in the Birthday Party Fairies series.

It's Queen Titania's birthday party, but Sara the Party Games Fairy's magical party hat is missing. Without it, party games everywhere will go wrong! Rachel, Khadijah and Gracie have discovered that Jack Frost's sister, Jilly Chilly, has stolen the missing hat. Can they reunite it with Sara before it's too late?

Sara has shoulder length reddish-brown hair with a party hat and flowers. She wears a yellow t-shirt, blue ruffled skirt, purple shoes and a lilac flower-patterned prosthetic leg. Her wings are pointy and purple tinted.

Rachel wishes her next door neighbour, Nathan, a happy birthday, but he says none of his games are working. Rachel decides to transport herself to Fairyland and meet Sara the Party Games Fairy, telling Gracie and Khadijah to meet her there. In Fairyland, they meet Sara, who is painting her prosthetic leg. Two Goblins are walking past her cottage talking about what housing they want if Jack Frost takes over Fairyland and one of them mentions Jilly Chilly is in the palace.
The fairies fly there and see Jilly Chilly and a goblin talking to King Oberon and Queen Titania. Then Jilly Chilly brings in three more goblins and magics up a bag to give to them, ordering them to steal prizes from children's parties in the human world. The three goblins leave, with the Queen refilling the girls lockets and they follow the goblins outside. The goblins go to Belle the Birthday Fairy's cottage and look through the window before disappearing. Rachel sees the birthday book open with three human birthdays, one of which is Nathan. Sara takes them all back to the human world.
The first party they go to is a boy named Ren. His musical chairs game goes wrong, with the chairs collapsing and Gracie sees the goblins going through the bag of prizes. Sara suggests pushing the goblins hats down so they can't see, so the fairies move the bag closer to Ren's dad. He picks up the bag and the goblins move on to the second party. A girl, Saumya and her friends are having a pool party, trying to fish for presents but their nets are ripped. The fairies see the goblins squabbling over scuba gear, so Rachel suggests getting the prizes to be difficult. Sara makes the pool bubble so the goblins can't see and they move on to the third party, Nathan's. There, the fairies witness the goblins trying to steal more prizes and they stop them. They ask where Sara's party hat is and they reply Jilly Chilly has it. Sara uses her magic to create a rainbow in the bouncy castle window and they return to Fairyland. They see Jilly Chilly and the goblin from earlier by the Seeing Pool.
Rachel suggests disguising themselves as party planners to show what games to play and Khadijah asks Sara to magic up a copy of her party hat for a swap. Two of their games (musical bumps and apple bobbing) go wrong while Gracie tries to take the real party hat, when Jilly Chilly suddenly walks away. Rachel sees some butterflies and asks them to swap the two hats. They try to do so, but Jilly Chilly frightens them and they drop the hats. The fairies and the goblin search for the hats and find them, with Sara struggling to identify which is the real hat. Rachel suggests one more game to find out, with the fairies dance game working while the goblin and Jilly Chilly's pin the horn on the troll doesn't and Khadijah gives Sara her hat. Jilly Chilly and the goblin vanish while Sara sends the girls back home. Rachel hears laughter from Nathan's party and hopes Queen Titania will have a happy birthday too.
