Shelley the Sherbet Fairy (U.S name: Shelley the Sugar Fairy) is the fourth and last fairy in the Candy Land Fairies series.

Everyone in Fairyland and the human world enjoys Shelley the Sherbet Fairy's tangy treats. But when Jack Frost steals her magical sherbet, it all starts exploding everywhere! Can the friends defeat him before Fairyland loses its fizz?
Appearance[]
Shelley has dark brown hair in a bun with a pink flower scrunchie. She wears a yellow playsuit with a pink sash, pink sandals and three pendants. Her wings are red-tinted.
Symbol: Pink, orange, blue, yellow and purple sherbet.
Magic Object/Job[]
Magic Object: A tube of sherbet.
Job: Shelley's job is to make sure that sherbets are sweet and fizzy, taste good and don't explode.

Rachel is sitting on the stairs in Kirsty's house, putting on her shoes. They are getting ready for Kirsty's school friend, Anna's, birthday party. Kirsty opens the front door to find her Aunt Harri standing there about to knock. She tells them that Anna is a winner of the Candy Land helping hands awards and drives them to the village hall where the party is. She explains that Anna's favourite sweet is sherbet and a special birthday cake has been made. The girls are dropped off at the hall and become worried, when Rachel notices the bag of presents they're carrying is glowing. They peer inside and see Shelley the Sherbet Fairy sitting on top, who flies out and asks for their help.
She hides in the bag as Anna's dad welcomes them inside and they greet Anna before settling down to play pass the parcel. Rachel opens first and finds a packet of popping candy which spills open. She and Kirsty clean up the mess and they hear giggling from under the refreshments table, finding Goblins underneath. The girls decide to sneak out the back door and are turned into fairies. They surprise the goblins who immediately run away, pulling the tablecloth down and spilling sweets everywhere. The fairies fly down the corridor seeing a room labelled 'soft play' and enter through the key hole, seeing the goblins playing.
Rachel uses her idea of throwing sponge balls at the goblin with the sherbet straw but it doesn't work, until the goblin says this is what birthday parties are like. Kirsty asks if they could be turned into humans again and have a parcel and some music. She invites the goblins to play pass the parcel and the plan works, with the goblin dropping the magical sherbet straw and unwrapping more sherbet straws. Rachel passes Shelley her sherbet straw, it shrinks to fairy size and she hides in Kirsty's bag. The girls leave the goblins and rejoin Anna's party, where the hall is tidy again. Aunt Harri arrives and the girls present Anna's birthday cake to her. She is pleased and cuts the cake. Everyone gets a slice and her mum announces a treasure hunt. Rachel and Kirsty are about to join them when Shelley reminds them about the Harvest Feast and are whisked back to Fairyland.
There, Shelley announces she got her magic object back and the Candy Land Fairies hug in celebration. Queen Titania and King Oberon thank the girls when Jack Frost suddenly appears claiming it's their fault for not letting him have sweets. The Queen invites him to stay and the Harvest Feast begins. The girls participate in games set up by the fairies, before being sent back to Anna's party. At the end of the party, she gives them a balloon and a party bag each. The girls each find a tube of sherbet with 'thank you' along one side and suspect it's from the fairies. Kirsty wonders when they'll see them again and Rachel adds their adventures make her feel as fizzy as sherbet.

- Although Shelley loves sweets, she also makes sure to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
- There is a mistake in the Special Thanks, where 'To' is written twice.
- Her name In the UK and U.S versions was originally Shira before it was changed to Shelley.
