Tallulah the Tuesday Fairy (U.S. name: Tara the Tuesday Fairy) is the second fairy in the Fun Day Fairies series.

Tallulah is exuberant, and everything she does ends with an exclamation mark! Her enthusiasm sometimes leads her to act first, and think second - which means her brand of fun is the totally unexpected kind. She's a little clumsy, which may not be the best for someone who is always so excited. It seems she's often tripping over things, but she's even enthusiastic about that! Her wand sends out a stream of fun-filled turquoise sparkles.

Tallulah has dark brown curly hair in a high ponytail. She wears a cropped blue jacket with a shirt underneath, wide-legged trousers, blue high heels, and a blue beaded necklace. Her wings are blue-tinted.

On Tuesday, Rachel's school and two other nearby schools hold a Sports Day in which students from all three schools compete in various outdoor games. Kirsty cheers when Rachel wins a running race, but no one else seems to be having fun - the Tuesday Fun Flag is missing, after all. When the morning events finish, everyone is led into the assembly hall for the presentation of prizes before lunch, and Kirsty sits down near a big gold trophy to wait while Rachel receives her prize. She notices the trophy is sparkling and removes the lid once everyone starts clapping for the winners to find Tallulah the Tuesday Fairy inside. She greets Kirsty then hides in her pocket as an announcement that most of the prizes are missing is heard. As everyone leaves for lunch, Rachel leads Kirsty and Tallulah to an empty corridor to talk. Tallulah says the Book of Days has provided a riddle about the Tuesday Flag being in the air among decorations.
Unfortunately, two goblins hiding in a broom cupboard hear everything and race outside to look for the flag. Rachel says she’s figured out the riddle and quietly leads Kirsty and Tallulah outside to the fields decorated with colourful bunting. All three begin looking at the little triangular flags, paying close attention to the turquoise ones, and Kirsty sees the sparkly one first. She calls to Rachel and Tallulah, forgetting to be quiet, and the goblins hop out from behind a tree and one lifts the other up to reach the flag and pull it from the bunting. The Tuesday Flag unfolds to a rectangle as the goblins run across the field and disappear into a tent that’s been set up to store equipment. The girls and Tallulah search around mats, hula hoops, and tennis balls before spotting goblin feet and a corner of the flag under some sack-race sacks.
Kirsty has the idea to tie the goblins’ feet to each other like a three-legged race with a skipping rope she finds, and Tallulah agrees, using fairy dust to make the rope tie itself. Rachel manages to yank the flag out from under one sack - the goblin must not have been holding on very tight - and run out of reach as the goblins throw off the sacks and trip trying to follow. Tallulah threatens to tell Jack Frost about the goblins trying to take the flags back if they don’t leave, then accepts her flag from Rachel and brings it to Fairyland once they do.
Once she’s gone, a teacher enters the tent and assumes Rachel and Kirsty are there to help carry sacks for the sack race which is about to start. The afternoon games are open to everyone, not just Tippington students, but everyone still seems gloomy as they step into sacks... until a burst of turquoise sparkles comes out of the starting pistol when it’s fired. Kirsty and Rachel are so busy watching everyone else having fun that they come last in the sack race, but they don’t mind. Someone announces they’ve found the missing prizes while Tallulah reappears briefly to thank the girls and wish them luck in the next event: a three-legged race.

- Tallulah is best friends with Tia the Tulip Fairy since these two little fairies love to fly around Fairyland together.
