The Complete Book of Fairies (U.S. name: The Ultimate Fairy Guide) is a hardback book filled with profiles of all the fairies from the Rainbow Magic series prior to its release in September 2012.

The book includes a picture and profile of the fairy. There are some facts; for example, in the Rainbow Fairies' case, facts about the colour. The page describes the fairy's outfit and adventure with Rachel and Kirsty.

- The book contains series 1 (Rainbow Fairies) to 18 (Fashion Fairies) and 26 Holiday Special Fairies, up to Angelica the Angel Fairy, making for a coverage of 152 books in total.
- There is a second book named My Big Book of Fairies, which is the same except it contains fairies released in 2013/14.
