Kirsty and Rachel are going to Toy Town Funfair that’s been set up in Wetherbury Village. As they sit in the back of the car, the girls see Tiana the Toy Fairy appear and they hide her from Kirsty’s parents with a leaflet. Tiana explains how Jack Frost broke into her house and stole her magic marble. The girls think he must be at Toy Town Funfair, so once they arrive and start exploring the fair, they come across numerous mean boys in costume.
They see the rides start to break down. Among the chaos, they realise the mean boys in costume are Goblins and the entertainer wearing the big top hat with things hanging from the brim is Jack Frost. The marble is hanging from his hat, so the girls decide to turn into goblins. They join the group of other goblins as Jack Frost starts to set them fun challenges.
Their attempts to get the marble doesn’t work, so Kirsty asks Tiana to magic up a hat that looks even better than Jack Frost’s. All the goblins marvel at it, rather than at Jack’s, so he jealously throws hit hat off his head and lunges for the other one, but before they can grab the old hat, he busts her for helping the fairies and Tiana turns them back into humans.
Jack Frost leaves for Fairyland and Tiana takes them to the Fairyland Toy Town Festival. Maddie the Playtime Fairy and Lottie the Lollipop Fairy come over to say things that intensify the need for the magic marble and turns out Jack Frost’s just standing at the teddy-bear stall laughing at everyone, with the marble on full display. Tiana zooms over to him and starts tickling him, telling him rubbish jokes that make him laugh. Rachel and Kirsty join in telling jokes and Jack Frost laughs so hard, the marble falls off and Tiana grabs it.
Things aren’t so funny anymore and Jack Frost insults her, but King Oberon and Queen Titania arrive to officially open the Toy Town Festival. Rachel, Kirsty and Tiana cut the ribbon. Tiana thanks them for their help and sends them back to Wetherbury where everyone’s having fun again. Mr and Mrs Tate appear next to them wearing clown noses and everyone has a laugh.

- Tiana is the first fairy to be inspired by a real-life person who is aware they are the inspiration for the book, this one being YouTube toy reviewer Toys AndMe.
- Her jobs are somewhat similar to Maddie the Playtime Fairy and Mary the Sharing Fairy's jobs.
- She is the first and only fairy to have a sequel in 'The Land of Sweets'.
- Destiny the Pop Star Fairy and Addison the April Fool's Day Fairy also have magic objects that are keys.
- Although it is in the new style, her book cover has a rainbow at the corner reminiscent of the old style.
Etymology[]
Tiana is named after Tiana from the YouTube channel Toys AndMe. The book was written with her as the main fairy.
