Tilly the Teacher Fairy is the 29th fairy in the Holiday Special Fairies series.

Tilly the Teacher Fairy brings happiness to schools everywhere. But it all starts to go wrong when nasty Jack Frost steals her three magical objects! Can Rachel and Kirsty stop him and make school fun for everyone again?
Appearance[]
Tilly has short blonde hair and pale skin. She wears a pink jacket over a light blue silk blouse patterned with hearts and a pussycat bow, dark pink cropped trousers, and brown boat shoes. Her wings are pointy and pale-yellow tinted.

The Fairy Laptop[]
Rachel and Kirsty are walking to Tippington School together for the opening of the school’s new ICT centre. Kirsty’s been allowed a day off from her school because she helped fundraise for the ICT centre. One of Rachel’s teachers, Mrs Bowler, cycles past the girls and something falls out of her bike basket. It’s Tilly, and she’s here to deliver bad news, like almost every time they meet a new fairy. She tells them Jack Frost has stolen her objects but it’s registration time, so Tilly hides in Rachel’s school bag and asks them to find a quiet place so she can take them to Fairyland as soon as possible. Inside the school is chaotic, and a boy explains to Rachel that every single computer in the ICT centre has frozen with a snowflake on its screen, probably a virus. Mr Pike comes along the corridor to shoo everyone into their classes, and the girls hide in the caretaker’s cupboard. Tilly magics them to Fairyland.
They appear outside of Jack Frost’s Ice Castle and they follow footsteps to Jack Frost’s Ice School. Inside, they can see tons of Goblins and Jack Frost sitting with Tilly’s laptop on his desk. Kirsty suggests Tilly sets off a fire alarm, and all the goblins and Jack Frost run out of the school to take a register. The fairies fly into the classroom and take the laptop. Jack Frost corners them in the classroom, saying they’re surrounded by goblins, but Tilly points her wand at the roof, giving them an escape.
The Magic Apple[]
The fairies fly to The Fairyland Palace where King Oberon and Queen Titania thank them for getting the first object back. Carly the Schoolfriend Fairy joins them to emphasise the importance of Tilly’s objects. Queen Titania shows a scene of Jack Frost in the Seeing Pool. He’s got Tilly’s magic apple and challenges the goblins to give him the best present in exchange for the apple. Kirsty suggests they become goblins and give Jack Frost the best present so he’ll give them the apple. Queen Titania asks Bertram to gather as many fairies as possible to think up ideas for the best present for Jack Frost.
Tons of fairies start brainstorming ideas, writing them down on a big whiteboard. Eventually, it’s Rachel’s idea that is the best - building a fansite about Jack Frost. Tilly and Carly use their magic to create a blue laptop and all the fairies contribute ideas for Jack Frost’s fansite, including articles on his hair, links to buy Ice Blue clothes, Gobolicious Band songs, recipes for iced buns, a fan message board, a photo gallery, funny quotes. Eventually it is time to present the website to Jack Frost, so Tilly turns herself and Rachel and Kirsty into fairies and fly to Jack Frost’s Ice School. The other goblins are giving him rubbish presents, but when all three fairies/goblins present their website, he loves it and holds the apple out to give it to them. But Tilly’s wand tinkles when it gets close to Jack Frost, and he retracts the apple and casts a spell to remove all fairy magic from the room, including Rachel and Kirsty’s wings, and his beautiful website. As the laptop vanishes, he drops the apple to grab it and Kirsty grabs the apple. They escape the classroom and Tilly takes them back to the human world where she can restore their fairy wings.
The Enchanted Folder[]
The girls are back in the caretaker’s cupboard and Tilly leaves to return her apple to the Fairyland School. The caretaker looks in and kicks the girls out. All the students gather in the ICT centre and The Mayor arrives and cuts the ribbon. All the Tippington School pupils enter to take part in an introductory ICT course. The ICT teacher Mr Nutbeam introduces a lesson on how to build a website, but the girls see some goblins in the doorway. Mr Nutbeam has lost the certificates so he dismisses the pupils for break while he searches for them. The girls find them in the playground, scrunched up and scribbled on by goblins.
The girls can hear goblins messing around in the staffroom and go to investigate when Jack Frost blocks their way, holding Tilly’s folder. Tilly peeps out of the confiscated items box and gestures the girls to keep him talking. They start to play a clapping game and Jack Frost watches on in confusion, as Tilly slyly flies up to the folder. However, they can hear the teachers coming and Jack Frost tells his goblins to make even more mess. Rachel dives at Jack Frost and snatches the folder away. Jack Frost threatens them and disappears along with his goblins. Tilly quickly tidies up the staffroom and the girls run out of the staffroom. The teachers have found the certificates and the pupils gather in the ICT centre, where the headmaster gives them out. Tilly thanks the girls and disappears and the girls hug.
